«Bochka» Meat Restaurant
The Bochka is the first project by Maison Dellos. It has enjoyed tremendous success since 1996. Guests are coming here to find tasty, homemade food. It is located on the Ulitsa 1905 Goda Street, where a lot of gastronomical projects are also situated. The Chef-cook is Igor Bednyakov, who pays attention to the main thing, that is the flavor.
The comfort of the classic French chalet is achieved thanks to functioning fireplace, antique interior details, Venetian mirrors and ancient chandeliers. Homemade style food is based on meat which is cooked in variety of ways, including stone grill and charcoal oven. The all-time hit of our restaurant is a young calf grilled with birch coal in the center of the dining room. You can enjoy the authentic experience every Friday tasting young bull roasted on the legendary charcoal grill.
