If you have not used your voucher to pick up your CityPass (in any reason), you can send us the refund request, to cancel and refund your order.
You need to:
- Download and fill the "Refund statement" form. Download the form here
- Print the filled statement and the payer should sign it.
- Scan the signed statement and send it via email to info@rucitypass.com, together with a cover letter.
- After that, our manager will contact you at the nearest time to confirm further actions.
