If you have not used your voucher to pick up your CityPass (in any reason), you can send us the refund request, to cancel and refund your order.

You need to:

1. Download and fill the "Refund statement" form. Download the form here
2. Print the filled statement and the payer should sign it.
3. Scan the signed statement and send it via email to info@rucitypass.com, together with a cover letter.
4. After that, our manager will contact you at the nearest time to confirm further actions.
