Christian Lorenzini has opened a restaurant named after himself. It was his childhood dream, ever since he worked in his father’s restaurant in Tuscany and he sought independence and freedom. Christian restaurant is much like its owner. It’s a paradoxically informal affair. An open kitchen with an open soul. The restaurant’s haute cuisine is founded on tried and true recipes of several generations of the Lorenzini family and served in a fun, challenging manner.
