"Art Centre. Moscow" ("Centr Iskusstv. Moskva" - Russian) is perhaps one of the most unusual Moscow museum of paintings. It is located on the territory of the main Russian cathedral, the Cathedral of Christ the Saviour.
The creation of the Centre was a private cultural initiative of the Russian Maecenas. One of the objectives of the "Art Center. Moscow" is to exhibit private collections that have never been shown in museums around the world.
One of the Art Center. Moscow’s distinct aims is to show academic art using technological innovations (lighting, sound, hologram).

The Museum is temporarily closed.
To find this museum, you should exit the metro to the Cathedral of Christ the Saviour, then go to the end of the tunnel and turn right, there you will see the sign. The entrance in the Museum through the public garden of the Cathedral of Christ the Savior.
You simply have to show your Moscow CityPass card at any ticket window and they will let you in without queueing.
