PANORAMA360 Observation deck (only for CityPass with transport)

The highest European viewing point is situated at the 89th floor of "Federation" Tower in Moscow at the level of 327 meters. Floor-to-ceiling windows (6 meters high) present a breathtaking view for almost the whole city. Besides the magnificent view which should actually be enough already you’d be treated with a big-scale Moscow history and Business District Towers 3D show. Add some creative "Chistaya Liniya" ice-cream (from the highest ice-cream factory in the world), organic restaurant and very useful interactive guide (with a choice of language) and your day is set.

PANORAMA360 observation deck is available only in the "Moscow CityPass with transport". Use your Moscow CityPass plastic card to enter.

The Moscow CityPass card free access / PANORAMA360 ticket office: 2, Presnenskaya Embankment, Moscow, Afimall City, 2nd floor. Follow "Afimall City" signs to exit "Vistavochnaya" subway station. Go up to the second floor and you will see PANORAMA360 ticket office where you may use your Moscow CityPass card. PANORAMA360 staff will give you all details and show how to get to the elevators of «Federation» Tower (East hall). In your Moscow CityPass package you will find a map with a description of the route.
