Restaurant of Russian Cuisine "Matryoshka"
The restaurant of Russian Cuisine has a very comfortable location – near the pier of the Radisson Royal Flotilla and an observation deck of the hotel Ukraine. The tastiest national dishes are cooked here.
The basic accent in the menu is made on the best products from different corners of Russia. You will find here a cured herring (pod shuboy), fishy coulibiac with the sour-cream sauce, Murmansk’s codfish, Altaic mushroom porridge, valamo cabbage soup and Linda’s goose – the main dish of this season. For the dessert you can take cake basket with melted curd, a cake "Linden color" and a pancake loaf with apples and curd. The restaurant is designed in style of twenties, that was the epoch of so-called "Industrial Palaces", which were popular in London and New-York.
